Community

As a born-again Christian, faith is my foundation. The first thing scripture says is that it is “not good for mankind to be alone”. I believe we are all made in God’s image and find our best selves when we are part of thriving communities.

Life is complex. In my time in culture, diversity and inclusion, I have spent time with different sectors, all with a philanthropic heart, living in a world where organisations move at different speeds, measure outcomes with different metrics, and speak different languages. Furthermore, age-old systems that focus on process allow “projects to fail successfully” when objectives aren’t achieved but process has been followed correctly.
