His story
Jamie Jones-Buchanan’s journey is one shaped by leadership, faith, and family. Raised in Leeds, his rugby career taught him more than just how to play the game, it taught him the importance of teamwork, resilience, and lifting others up.
Off the pitch, Jamie is a devoted husband and father who credits his faith for guiding his life and work.

Jamie’s influence reaches far beyond the rugby pitch, and his experience brings a unique perspective on leadership and culture.
He is a passionate supporter of his former teammates and the vital work being done by Kevin Sinfield to raise awareness and funds for the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) community.
Through his various speaking engagements, Jamie hopes to inspire young people to discover the strength and inspiration that lies within themselves. He believes every person has a story to tell and a unique gift that, when nurtured in the right environment, can grow into something powerful, especially when shared in pursuit of a common goal.
